Meet the Founder and CEO
Jonathan King has 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with mental, emotional and behavioral health needs.
After graduating from the University of Pittsburgh, he began working as a one-to-one aide in an autistic support classroom in the Philadelphia School District. After working with the same learner for several years, he had a vision that behavioral science could further help this young man make academic, behavioral, and adaptive progress.
In 2009, Jonathan met his first BCBA and was immediately captivated by the possibilities of ABA. From 2011 to 2013, Jonathan also worked as a Clinical Case Manager for Carson Valley Children’s Aid Society where he learned the administrative side of behavioral health rehabilitation services (BHRS) while working in coordination with both Community Behavioral Health (CBH) and Magellan. During this time, Jonathan received his Master’s of Science in Autism Studies and Applied Behavior Analysis from Sage College in 2013 and BCBA certification shortly thereafter.
In 2013, Jonathan began working as a Behavior Consultant for Brett DiNovi & Associates (BDA), and quickly rose to the position of director of several programs. As a BCBA, his experience includes conducting functional behavior assessments, developing and implementing evidence-based behavioral programs, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams in a variety of settings including residential community group homes, private residences, and schools.
